We will send you joining instructions a few days before the event. These
sometimes end up in junk or promotions folders, too, so please look out
for this. If you don’t receive it, please get in touch with us and
we will forward the information you need on to you.
If you need to cancel, please let us know. There are no cancellation charges,
but it is good to know that everyone has arrived at the venue safely.
